Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Masai mara reserve

Our company driver will pick you up early morning at the hotel after your morning breakfast, or pick up from the airport depending on your time of arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
The guide/ driver will brief you about the 8 days safari in Kenya, as you begin the journey to Masai mara national reserve. The road trip is scenic offering stunning views of the Rift Valley viewpoint and Narok town before you reaching the jungle. You will arrive in Masai mara around noon, drive straight to the camp and check in to the lodge, have lunch and go on afternoon game drive for wildlife viewing and also watch the sunset Savannah. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day Masai mara game drive with picnic lunch

Rise up early for morning breakfast and drive to the park at dawn for morning game drive best time to catch up with the predators hunting before retiring in their hideouts. You will have full day game drive with picnic lunch which will enhance your game viewing experience. The game drives will be conducted in two phases that is morning and evening game drive.

During the game drive, you will spot several mammal species including; lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, antelopes, hyenas, various birds, giraffes, warthogs, hippos, crocodiles’ wildebeests and zebras among others. Masia mara is famous for hosting the big five game among other animals and several bird species.

Day 3: Optional activities; Hot air balloon safari, Masai mara village walk/ morning game drive and Transfer to Lake Nakuru.

There are several options to choose from, you can start your day with morning game drive which will provide with another opportunity to some of the animals that you could have missed during the previous game drives. Or alternatively, hot air balloon safari.

A hot air balloon safari another great way to see animals in their natural habitat. Let us know incase you want to go on a thrilling hot balloon experience great way to explore the diverse Masai mara landscape.
For the hot air balloon safari, breakfast is served in the bushes unless otherwise, the weather changes. The safari is also accompanied by champagne and final game drive as you drive to Masai mara Village for another unique encounter with the Masai locals. During this visit, you will interact with the locals in this community before setting off to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in the evening, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park

Rise up early for morning breakfast and with your parked lunch, head to the park for a full day game drive. Lake Nakuru is adorned by million lesser and great flamingos seen on the lake shores. You will spot several animals species like the Black and White Rhinos, you will also see the tree climbing lions, leopards, buffalos, giraffes, hyenas, gazelles, baboons and monkeys among others. You will have break for lunch and go on afternoon game drive which goes on until evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta international airport and flight to Diani Beach

You will have morning breakfast and after, drive from Nakuru to Nairobi and straight to the airport in time for your flight. The flight time takes about45 minutes to get to Diani beach. You will land at Ukunda Airstrip where the driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. Arriving in the lodge in time for lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at the beach.

Day 6-7: Spend time in Diani beach or optional activities.

Spend the two days relaxing in the beach. Diani beach has been the leading beach in Africa, you can also engage in many other activities at an additional cost. Some of the beach activities include; Glass boat trip, Whale Shark Spotting, Chale Island Day Trip, jet-ski, Deep Sea Fishing, Kaya Kinodo Forest Tour among others.

Day 8: Departure by flight to Nairobi

You have a relaxed morning breakfast and relaxation and lunch at the lodge and after, check out and transfer to the airstrip to catch your 2:20pm flight to Nairobi and landing at JKIA where you will also be taking on your departure flight.
